Happy Birthday Lucas!!!

10/26/07 - Lucas' 27th Birthday!!!

Well, as most of you probably know, I wanted to get Lucas a Nintendo Wii for his birthday this year, and so many wonderful family and friends chipped in! Thank you everyone!!! The only problem was...

I couldn't get my hands on one!!! I looked and called everywhere I could think of (Wal-mart, Target, Best Buy, Toys'R'Us, Circut City, etc.), but no one had them in stock!

So, our BFF's ( ;) ), Chris and Mishelly, lent me their Wii box, so I gave Lucas an empty Wii box (look at his excitement! too bad it wasn't really in there!)

BUT, it had a note inside:

(The note read something like:

"Happy birthday my love!

But wait...

This is not your gift...

Just an emty box, with stuff inside to make it feel heavy to you.

But...

Yours is on it's way!!!

..."

And, as it turned out, the next day, our Aunt Becky just happened to be shopping at one of the Targets that I didn't call, and they had several Wii's in stock! So, she called me right away to let me know, I then called Lucas, and he picked up his Wii that day!!! :D
